Peer to Peer

Virtual support group

Meaningful understanding
Empathetic connection

A wounded warrior's journey can send you through rough seas, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Join our virtual Peer to Peer support group for a safe, empathetic, and confidential space to connect with those who understand. Whether you're dealing with physical injuries, mental health, or transition to civilian life, this group is a place to be heard, understood, and empowered. Find strength through community.

This program is not therapy. The small-format is participant driven to create an intimate and confidential place to discuss the unique challenges of recovery, transition, and everyday life. A Military and Family Life Counselor will join to help guide participants on ways to build resilience and discover new pathways to healing.

Meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams in a guided conversation with trained counselors. Enrollment in Navy Wounded Warrior is required for participation.

Upcoming Meeting Dates

All meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 1400 - 1530 ET / 1100 - 1230 PT
