Enrollment

The challenges that accompany a serious illness or injury can be confusing, frustrating and exhausting for a service member. Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor is here to help. The program allows service members to focus on their recovery, while its team of experts resolves non-medical problems and prepares them for transition back to active duty or civilian life.

Enrollment in Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor is voluntary. Service members may refer themselves to the program. Alternatively, a family member, the service member's command or a medical provider can make a referral.

Enrollment in Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor does not end when a service member leaves a medical treatment facility. Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor provides a lifetime of support.
