Call Center

The Navy Wounded Warrior call center connects Sailors and Coast Guardsmen who have been seriously wounded, ill or injured after Sept. 11, 2001, with services provided by the program, and, in many cases, initiates the referral process for potential enrollment. The call center is based in Millington, Tenn., and staffed by highly-trained, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)-certified representatives.

Sailors and Coast Guardsmen may self-refer to Navy Wounded Warrior, or be referred by a family member, their command leadership or their medical team.

In addition to receiving inbound calls, representatives make outbound calls to Navy Wounded Warrior enrollees. They provide wounded warriors with critical information about benefits, transition support, adaptive athletics opportunities. and more.

Get in touch with the Navy Wounded Warrior call center at 855-NAVY WWP / 855-628-9997 or email navywoundedwarrior.fct@navy.mil.
