The program involves families and caregivers to optimize the success of the wounded warriors' recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration activities. Participation is voluntary and service members must be enrolled to take advantage of this program. Sailors and Coast Guardsmen can self-refer or be referred by their commands, family members, chaplains, medical teams, or peer for consideration.
